Most categories share a premium spunlace nonwoven base — the same high-quality fabric used in leading personal care brands globally — while the flushable wipes line uses a dispersible substrate. What separates each product is the substrate and the liquid formula applied during manufacturing.
A beauty facial wipe uses a gentle micellar or moisturizing solution. A feminine intimate wipe uses a pH-balanced formula for intimate care. A flushable wipe (moist toilet tissue) uses a flushable-compatible, skin-safe cleanser on a dispersible substrate. A hand and body wipe may carry an alcohol or antibacterial-positioned option.

Can I customize the formula for feminine intimate wipes?
Yes. We offer two standard formula directions: a natural and gentle option (aloe vera, chamomile, witch hazel, pH 4.5–5.5) and an antibacterial-positioned option. Custom ingredient additions are also possible. Antibacterial claims are subject to target-market registration — confirm your requirements before sample development.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 30,000 packs per SKU for multi-sheet pack formats. For single-sheet individual sachets, MOQ is 100,000 pieces per SKU. Each SKU meets its own MOQ independently.
Are flushable wipes available?
Yes. A flushable and dispersible nonwoven substrate (55–70 g/m²) is available for the flushable wipes / moist toilet tissue category, including a plastic-free option. What sizes can be produced?
Standard sizes include 200×150 mm, 180×150 mm, 200×200 mm, and 180×180 mm. Custom sizes are possible within the range of 135–300 mm width and 150–220 mm length. Custom dimensions must be confirmed before order placement.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 30 days from confirmed artwork and deposit. This excludes sample development time — if a new formula or custom size is involved, allow additional time for sample approval before production begins.
