Are your flushable wipes plastic-free or biodegradable?
Yes. We offer a flushable and dispersible nonwoven substrate, including a plastic-free, wood-pulp / cellulose-based option for eco-positioned brands and stricter markets. We help you select the substrate that fits your target market, price point, and disposal claim.
Which flushability standard do your wipes meet — IWSFG or GD4?
We can develop flushable wipes with reference to IWSFG, a stricter framework based on extended sewer-system testing, or GD4 (INDA/EDANA), the widely used industry guidance. We recommend the standard that fits your market and provide the matching test documentation.
What is the difference between flushable and dispersible wipes?
Flushable means the wipe is intended for disposal through standard toilet systems. Dispersible describes how quickly and fully the wipe breaks apart in water. True flushability depends on the substrate and on testing against recognized standards — not on the word “flushable” alone — so we focus on the substrate and the test results behind the claim.
Can you provide “Do Not Flush” labeling for the US market?
Yes. For non-flushable SKUs we apply “Do Not Flush” labeling in line with current US requirements. For flushable SKUs we support flushable positioning when it is backed by testing. Labeling is adapted to each destination market.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
MOQ is 30,000 packs per SKU. Standard production lead time is 30 days from confirmed artwork and deposit. This excludes sample development time — if a new formula or custom size is involved, allow additional time for sample approval before production.
Can I customize the formula?
Yes. Fragrance-free is available as standard, with a light fragrance option on request. An antibacterial-positioned formula and botanical additions such as aloe vera can also be developed. Antibacterial claims are subject to target-market registration. Confirm requirements before sample development begins.
